The initial processes of questionnaire creation, link sharing, and data collection are provided without charge. Once the payment is made and the data/results are downloaded, they are considered delivered and final, thus no refunds or returns can be processed.

All data collected from both respondents and users through our platform will not be shared with any third parties outside of Clove Research and Marketing Analytics.
